For those that think they can't pull or or should I say, apply, liquid liner? I'm not that great at it myself.This long-wearing liquid liner that is basically fool-proof. It contains a subtle shimmer in each shade that offers extreme wearability. Its water based to allow a little extra dry-down time.Wont crease or fade.
